To excel as a Behavioral Health Provider for the Stover School program at Katy Trail Community Health, candidates must possess a current Missouri license as an LMSW, LCSW, or LPC. Additionally, having current BLS (CPR) certification or being willing to obtain it within the first 90 days is essential. A strong grasp of evidence-based treatments for mental and behavioral health conditions across all age groups is vital for success in this role.
Candidates should also have the flexibility to travel as required, with proof of liability and damage insurance for their vehicle. These skills and qualifications are crucial for delivering effective and comprehensive care to students in a school-based setting.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Hold current Missouri License: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

- Excellent working knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental and behavioral health conditions for all ages.
- Must have the ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed
