Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and therapy services to patients who are experiencing physical, mental, and psychiatric health issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health concerns.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the best course of treatment for each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis intervention services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all services provided.
- Educate patients on mental health issues and promote mental wellness in the workplace.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to stay current with the latest research and treatment techniques.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or a related field preferred.
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LPCC.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing mental health services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health issues.
- Experience working in a corporate or finance industry setting is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
