Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Management:

- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and tracking supplies, equipment, and medications.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring contracts are in place and services are delivered efficiently.

2. Compliance and Regulation:

- Ensure the facility adheres to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements related to substance abuse treatment and staffing.

- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies to maintain compliance and prepare for audits.

3. Staff Coordination:

- General Employee Oversight.

-Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.

- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.

- Oversee staff scheduling and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage.

4. Quality Improvement:

- Implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of facility operations.

-Collect and analyze data related to facility performance, client outcomes, and satisfaction.

5. Emergency Response:

- Develop and maintain emergency response and disaster preparedness plans to ensure the safety of clients and staff.

- Coordinate drills and training exercises to ensure readiness.
 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in healthcare facility management, preferably in a substance abuse treatment setting.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in substance abuse treatment.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.

- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
