Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required

LMHC or related license is required

Clinical Supervisor Certification is required

4+ years of experience working as a licensed counselor is required

6+ years of experience working as a licensed counselor is preferred

2+ years of experience providing administrative and clinical supervision is highly preferred

Experience in program development and administration for chronically homeless individuals with mental health and substance use disorders is highly preferred

Experience in social service organizations is highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for long periods in a temperature-controlled environment. Requires frequent use of computers, keyboarding, and talking on the telephone. Frequently uses judgement and decision-making skills to counsel and assist guests in crisis. Occasionally will stand, balance, twist, bend, stoop, kneel and reach with hands/arms. Regularly lifts up to 20 pounds and walks using stairways to climb multiple floors within the facility. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
