This Adult Community Medical Home provides care to medically fragile adults with intellectual disabilities. Our Care Teams provide 24/7 full circle care to meet all social, medical and emotional needs of our residents while providing them with opportunities for the highest quality life possible.

Registered Nurse Job Details:

• Rate: $43/hr
• Shift: 7P-7P 
• Schedule: 3 x 12s
• Start Date: ASAP
• Benefits: Medical, dental and vision (when working 30+ hours per week)

Registered Nurse Job Requirements:

• Experience regarding the following conditions:
• G-tubes / J-tubes
• Colostomy bags
• Oxygen
• C-PAP / Bi-PAP Machines
• Tracheostomies
