About the Job
We are seeking a Behavioral Interventionist to join our team, providing direct behavior therapy services to individuals with autism as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions for children with neurodevelopmental differences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend orientation and complete Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) training.
- Implement behavior-analytic services in various settings.
- Document strategies and goals, and assist with assessments.
- Work collaboratively with families and supervisors to support treatment.
- Follow crisis and emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience with children, preferably those with autism.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
- Registered Behavior Technician or willingness to obtain BCAT credential.
- Valid California Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range: $21.18 to $28.42 per hour.
