Behavior Therapist. - Cortica - Neurodevelopmental.

We are seeking a Behavioral Interventionist to join our team, providing direct behavior therapy services to individuals with autism as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions for children with neurodevelopmental differences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend orientation and complete Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) training.
• Implement behavior-analytic services in various settings.
• Document strategies and goals, and assist with assessments.
• Work collaboratively with families and supervisors to support treatment.
• Follow crisis and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience with children, preferably those with autism.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Registered Behavior Technician or willingness to obtain BCAT credential.
• Valid California Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range: $21.18 to $28.42 per hour.
