Behavior Technicians (RBT) - Entry-Level Role in ABA Therapy with Paid Training! - Behavioral Innovations

We are on the lookout for both Entry-Level Behavior Technicians and experienced Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential, providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.

Career Progression at BI: Our structured framework for professional development offers various career paths, from clinical to operational roles:

Behavior Technician ($15.00) → RBT I-V ($16 - $20) → Sr. RBT ($21) → ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice ($23 - $25) → BCBA → Clinical Director → Area Director

Essential Job Requirements:

• Deliver personalized ABA therapy sessions tailored to children aged 18 months to 10 years, fostering communication, social, and self-help skills development.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and effective therapy implementation.
