Role Description: We are looking for compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA-based support to clients under a BCBA’s supervision. You’ll help clients work on personal goals and essential skills, playing a vital role in their development journey.

Responsibilities:

•Implement behavior intervention strategies developed by a BCBA.

•Document and track client behaviors and progress.

•Support clients in learning communication, social, and self-care skills.

•Create a positive environment that encourages skill-building.

•Collaborate with a team of professionals for optimal client outcomes.

•Strong ability to document client progress accurately.
