What You'll Do -
As a Behavior Technician, you'll be at the forefront of transforming young lives. You'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, following individualized treatment plans under the guidance of our expert BCBAs. Your compassion and skills will directly impact the progress of children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

What We're Looking For -
* A hero with at least an Associate's Degree or 60 credits in Human Services or related field
*1+ year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (Your experience matters!)
*Strong communication skills to connect with children and families
*A passion for making a positive impact in children's lives
