Job Title: Behavior Therapist – Center Based

Join our family-owned organization as a Behavior Therapist! We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide high-quality behavioral support to children with developmental challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in a center-based setting.
• Monitor and document client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in behavioral therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
