Summer Camp Director - Part-time - Alhambra, CA

As the Summer Camp Director, you will be at the helm of creating an environment that sparks excitement and discovery, providing both campers and staff with an unforgettable experience. Location: Alhambra Area Elementary Schools

Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm (Work schedule and hours are based on attendance) No weekends!

Pay & Benefits:

• $21-24/hour (pay is based on education and experience)
• Employee referral program - up to $150 for every successful new hire you refer

As an AlphaBEST Summer Camp Director, you'll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of professionals to deliver the highest quality care, learning, and excitement to our children.
• Train AlphaBEST staff on how to nurture children and ignite their sense of wonder.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.

Here's what you'll need:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED,
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
