Our client, a real estate development firm in Needham, MA is seeking a proactive and organized temporary Office Manager to support day-to-day office operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting guests, answering, and returning phone calls, and ensuring smooth office functionality. You will maintain office supplies, coordinate lunch orders, and support event planning as needed. Additional responsibilities include assisting with calendar management for executives, booking meetings, and overseeing general office maintenance and upkeep. This role is compensating up to $30/hour depending on experience and is anticipated to be a 3 month (+) contract. The hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and is fully onsite. Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With:

• Answering phones and returning calls
• Greeting guests and maintaining front desk area
• Managing office supplies and coordinating copier maintenance
• Ordering and coordinating lunches for meetings, including setup and cleanup
• Supporting office events as needed
• Providing calendar management for executives
• Booking meetings and supporting general office operations

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
• Ability to work onsite from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
