Beacon Hill | Compensation Analyst MA at Beacon Hill

Our client, a financial investment adviser company, located in Greater Boston, is seeking a temporary Compensation Analyst. This role is temporary for the next 3 months with the potential to extend and will be from 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. This position offers a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite and is compensating $21 an hour.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer, update, and verify data between various software and database systems
• Verify advisor and payout data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
• Perform possible testing of data entered
• Enter revenue and billing adjustments as assigned
• Performing special projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook); adept at quickly learning other Windows-based software
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
• College degree or equivalent professional experience
• Prior experience working in financial services or with financial advisors a plus
