Performance Used Car Superstore, in Covington, Kentucky, is seeking experienced and/or inexperienced BDC Agents or Call Center Representatives, for immediate hire!

We are looking for success-driven, customer-focused individuals to join our team.

As a BDC Representative you will manage our dealership's internet leads database. The BDC Agent is responsible for managing our internet, phone, and digital customer leads, which includes scheduling customer sales visits, following up with sold and unsold clients, promptly replying to all customer inquiries, and more.

As our BDC Sales Agent, you will assist customers with the vehicle purchase process at Performance Used Car Superstore. You will funnel internet, phone and email leads through our store's CRM database, schedule appointments, and introduce customers to the appropriate sales personnel for purchasing a vehicle.

BDC Agent / Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming dealership leads in a timely manner.
• Respond or reroute customer inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Learn vehicle inventory, automotive product knowledge, and service and maintenance offerings at our store to educate customers accordingly.
• Set sales appointments for dealership personnel and or service appointments for vehicle maintenance.
• Daily follow-up is required for sold and unsold customers.
  
  

BDC Agent / Call Center Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Computer literacy is preferred but not required.
• Have good time-management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail oriented.
• Qualified candidates would have a positive attitude and thrive working in a team environment.
