Qualifications:
- Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
- Desired Traits: Experience with center-based, early intervention children. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.

- Base Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
- Between $6K - $18K annually for bonuses, paid quarterly.
