LOGISTICS FOR THIS POSITION
Location: Lehigh Valley Area We target clients within 15-mile radius of your home
Environment: Combination of in-home, school, and center-based services. SMALL CASE LOADS (6-7 clients)
Compensation:
- LBS: $50-55K
- BCBA: $70-75K
- Quarterly bonus incentive (30+ billable hours weekly)

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will work with children with Autism and other developmental challenges by creating their treatment plan. You will review, analyze, and develop behavioral health treatment systems and services for certain populations, including individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, consistent with the scientific discipline of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessment activities related to the need for behavioral interventions.
- Designing, executing, and monitoring behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programs.
- Overseeing the implementation of behavioral analysis programs by other employees.
- Training, designing behavioral systems, and performance management.
- Facilitating parent meetings/ parent training.
- Completing comprehensive goals and completing reports for all necessary documentation requirements related to reimbursement from insurance companies.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals.
- Staying current with research and new methodologies.
- Other activities generally performed by a BCBA that are directly related to behavioral analysis such as activities related to oversight of the programs and employees.
REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) OR Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) from the state of Pennsylvania.
- Experience successfully managing challenging behaviors.
- Ability to maintain a steady caseload of billable hours.
- A fun and compassionate disposition.
- The ability to communicate effectively.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- The ability to lead with a positive attitude even in times of stress.
