BCBA Clinical Manager - Cogent Staffing

We are seeking a BCBA Clinical Manager to lead strategic planning, implementation, and training within our clinics in Libertyville and Crystal Lake, IL. This hybrid role involves:

• Collaborating with department managers to ensure consistency and collaboration.
• Mentoring and managing a team of BCBAs and RBTs while handling a client caseload.
• Conducting audits of therapy notes, BCBA productivity, and client enrollment.
• Updating clinical manuals and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Communicating effectively with families and staff to provide a supportive environment.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis and certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Full-time position with a salary of $85,000 - $95,000 and comprehensive benefits.
