ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our client based in York, PA. This position will be based within Harrisburg, Hershey, or Mechanicsburg. Our client is a clinician-owned and operated ABA provider providing in-home and in-school services. This is a unique and exciting full-time, benefitted, hourly position.

WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION SPECIAL?

• All cases are full-time intensive cases
• ONE full-time BT per client - Most cases are 35+ hours per week
• Typical BCBA caseload is 5-7 clients
• Primary client demographic is early intervention 3-6 years old
• This is an hourly position with a clinical/clinical-related rate of $60-80/hour and a training rate of $25/hour
• Operating hours are limited to Monday - Friday, 8 am 6 pm so you will never be expected to work outside these hours
• Services are home or school-based and are all within 30 minutes of your home
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K with matching (requires 25+ billable hours per week)

REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience successfully managing challenging behaviors.
• Experience with intensive cases is preferred.
• A fun and compassionate disposition.
• The ability to communicate effectively.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• The ability to lead with a positive attitude even in times of stress.
