BBQ Pit Crew - My Father's Barbeque

Pit Crew is responsible from start to finish the process of Smoking Meat. You will start at butchering, seasoning and smoking the meat. Will work with 4 different types of smokers and grills. Must have high interest in meat. Must have butchering experience.

My Father's Barbeque is Los Angeles hottest new Southern BBQ eatery. Located in the center of Carson Ca. Newly expanded and remodeled. We specialize in great food and hospitality.
