To join this team please have the following requirements:

• Active unemcumbered RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in the state of Rhode Island
• An ability to work with multiple residents at once
• Must be able to work every weekend Saturday and Sunday double shifts
• Prior RN or LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgement
• Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers 
• Provide direction to clinical team members
• Maintain resident confidentiality
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided
• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• An ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
• Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
