Same Day Pay Available!
All shifts available! (7:00am- 3:00pm, 3:00pm- 11:00pm, 11:00pm- 7:00am)
Baylor RN/LPN Position: work 32 hours Doubles on WEEKENDS ONLY and get paid for 40 hours!
- Must work doubles 3 weekends in a row with 1 weekend off on rotation
- Eligible to pick up additional shifts during the week as available as overtimeTo join this team please have the following requirements:
- Active unemcumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
- An ability to work with multiple residents at once
- Must be able to work weekends 32 hours, 3 weekends in a row with 1 off on rotation
- Prior RN experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgement
- Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers
- Provide direction to clinical team members
- Maintain resident confidentiality
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
- An ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
- Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required
Pay rate: based on experience.
