Battery Assembler Lead at Micro Tech

Battery Assembler Leads will work as part of a team that is responsible for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Leads are responsible for ensuring that the Assembler's assigned to them for performing some or all tasks in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them. Leads are encouraged to provide input and feedback to engineers and/or Supervisors and Managers that strive towards continuous improvement.

• Ability to pay attention to work instructions written in English, including specific details.
• Basic computer skill knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and proficiency in measuring devices including vernier/capiler.
