A regional leader in building management systems specializing in HVAC and Security Integration is looking for their next Building Automation Project Manager! They have been dominating the commercial, healthcare, education, and government vertical for over a decade and are in need of an experienced professional to lead large service and construction projects throughout the Delaware Valley.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all phases of HVAC construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Estimation and Planning: Estimate and manage projects in commercial, industrial, and public works sectors with budgets exceeding $250k.
• Stakeholder Communication: Interact with project owners, architects, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Resource Allocation: Develop and maintain project schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Budget Oversight: Approve project expenses and monitor costs to adhere to budgetary guidelines.
• Leadership: Provide guidance to HVAC field staff, including superintendents and tradesmen.
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners for seamless project execution.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and reports
