Job Position: Bartender (Part Time Position)

Job Details:
- Minimum Age: 21+ years old
- From $3.63 plus tips
Bartender Expectations:
- You are responsible for taking food and drink orders both at the bar itself and tables in our lounge area.
- You are expected to prepare cocktails correctly according to giving recipes with the appropriate garnishes in a timely manner, as well as pouring beer and wine for both your guests and service bar
- Prepare itemized checks and take payment.
- If it is under you will be responsible for making up the difference, so pay attention and always be mindful that no one is allowed behind the bar but you.
- Many times we will have multiple bartenders working together.
- Always be a team and work smarter not harder.
- One of you at service bar, one at high top tables, one at low tables etc.
- You are responsible for greeting your guests at the bar as well as your tables in a timely manner, presenting menus and explaining daily specials
- Be extremely knowledgeable of our bar inventory and food menu.
- Be ready to answer any questions a guest may have
- Be aware of any allergies to food your guest may have.
- YOU are responsible for relaying that information back to the kitchen
- Be able to pace out your guests food orders according to the pace of the restaurant as a whole
- Know your seat numbers and tables numbers and ring in your orders accordingly
- Stocking the bar for the next shift is MANDATORY
- Breaking down the bar and lounge area correctly at night.
- Grates back, everything wiped down, TV’s off etc.
- You are responsible for the cash drawer during your shift. Count it as soon as your shift starts (should be at $300.00) and at the end.
