This is our new upscale location in the Canopy Hilton Hotel on Embassy Row right on Dupont Circle. We are looking to build a dedicated bar team with a predisposition to serve.

We have a strong focus on hiring industry veterans with responsible alcohol management skills, who are looking to be community leaders and foster a positive environment.

{Responsibilities and Requirements}

Maintain a high level of service and menu knowledge

Uphold steps of table service while multitasking

Execute menu and classic cocktails accurately with consistency

Strategize with the team on standard operations and menu creations

Participate in prep program and maintenance behind a bar with an extensive fine wine menu

Demonstrate robust understanding of proper wine service in an upscale environment
