Responsabilities
- Craft signature cocktails and classic beverages with precision and creativity.
- Provide exceptional service, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Replenish and prepare necessary bar supplies before, during, and after shifts to maintain readiness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Stay informed about the menu to make pairing recommendations and upsell effectively.
- Follow established procedures for opening and closing the bar, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
- Take on extra responsibilities as assigned by management.
What we are looking for:
- Previous bartending experience in a busy or upscale environment, with at least 1 year of bartending experience.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is a must.
- Full availability, including weekends.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
- A passion for mixology, product knowledge and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as required.
