Compensation: $16.66 per hour + tips, with benefits

We’re seeking enthusiastic and skilled bartenders who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, crafting quality beverages, and contributing to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including craft cocktails, coffee cocktails, and classic drinks from "The Aviary" menu.
• Greet guests with a welcoming demeanor, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.
• Ensure all drinks are made to recipe standards with consistent presentation and quality.
• Monitor bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain an organized workspace.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences by engaging in positive interactions and responding to questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service, especially during peak times.
• Stay informed about menu changes, special events, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid MAST permit (or able to obtain before starting).
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for craft cocktails, coffee, and providing memorable service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.
