Bartender - TPI Hospitality

Bartender Position – Green Mill, Fairmont, MN
Part-Time | Evening Shifts: 4 PM - 11:30 PM
Pay: $10.85/hr + Tips
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
(Minimum 2 years of bartending experience required)

Are you a people person with a knack for mixing drinks and creating memorable experiences? Green Mill is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and service-focused Bartender to join our team!

You’ll be responsible for:

• Crafting classic and creative cocktails with flair
• Recommending beer and wine options
• Taking orders with a smile
• Keeping the bar clean, organized, and running smoothly

As a Bartender, you will use a creative outlet to produce a variety of cocktails for guests to enjoy. Bartenders will make beer and wine recommendations, keep the area clean, and meet new people in a fast-paced environment.
