BLU Ocean Grilleis looking for a full- and part-time Bartender to join their team in Port St. Lucie, Florida! In this role, you will be responsible for serving patrons at our front bar and fulfilling drink orders for the dining room, monitoring the cash drawer at the bar, and performing alcohol inventories at the end of each night to help in maintaining proper inventory levels.

The right candidate will have:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Previous experience creating crafted cocktails
• Previous experience working as bartender
• Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Our Bartender will:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and hotel patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
