Reports To: Assistant General Manager/General Manager
Summary of Position
Mix, prepare and serve guests alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with positive, outgoing, and excellent customer.

Requirements
• Has a minimum one (1) years of bartending experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
General Responsibilities
• Welcome and interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of each menu item and ingredients.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Knowledge of the local area to provide recommendations to guests.
• Comply with all local food and beverage regulations.
• Follow Company’s standard for Cost of Sales to ensure highest profitability.
• Follow Company’s standard for Food & Beverage Inventory procedures.
• Follow and enforce all Company’s safety procedures.
Specific Responsibilities
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal actions, communicate effectively, promote
collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and adhere to Company’s Operating Procedures.
• Maintain a welcoming and social atmosphere by engaging with all guests and encouraging mingling between patrons.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Verify customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Ensure drinks are mixed and prepared with correct ingredients and to guests’ satisfaction.
• Assist with food preparation, serving and clean up as needed.
• Maintain appropriate inventories throughout shift for efficient service.
• Assist with all beverage inventory sorting and organization.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized patron space.
• Follow Company’s accounting procedures for guest tickets and shift closing.
• Abate customer service issues and liability related issues that can arise with intoxicated guests by cutting off alcohol
service, asking customer to leave premises during altercation, or arrange transportation for guests.
• Act as a liaison with Guest Services to alleviate any concerns or negative guest experiences.
• Follow Company’s procedures for the closing and cleaning of all areas and equipment.
• Report all tips (cash and charged) per local and state regulations.
• Perform other duties as needed and requested by management.
