We're seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team and elevate our bar service for members and guests.
Position Overview
As a Bartender, you will be the face behind our bar, creating memorable experiences for our members through expert mixology, impeccable service, and friendly interaction. You'll be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and clean bar, providing excellent drink recommendations, and adhering to club standards for beverage service.

Bartender Functions:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards and member preferences.
- Engage with members and guests in a professional, friendly manner, enhancing their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and report shortages.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash/credit payments responsibly.
- Provide beverage recommendations based on knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down bar service areas for events or regular service.
- Follow Aronimink's guidelines on responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure a seamless member dining experience.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- RAMP Certified preferred, but not required. Certification is available through the Club.
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining, country club, or high-end hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
