Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of craft cocktails, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes.
- Engage with guests at the bar, providing recommendations, answering questions, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area, restocking supplies, garnishes, and utensils as needed.
- Collaborate with the barback, kitchen, and waitstaff teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, including the ability to create classic and innovative cocktails.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and create a memorable experience.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle a high-volume bar environment while maintaining quality.
- Relevant experience in bartending, including proficiency in handling cash transactions and adhering to alcohol laws and regulations.
