Tender Mercy was built from the ground up, underground up, to be a bartender's playground. It's an amazing place to get creative and to further hone your craft and yes, to light the occasional thing on fire. We'll provide ample opportunities for continuing education and, for those who have proven themselves, menu collaboration.

Here's the catch: we can teach you how to make cocktails, but we can't teach you how to care about the people drinking them. That's something you have to bring on day one.

The days of serving overpriced drinks slowly and with a side of arrogance are thankfully (mostly) behind us. We treat every every single guest, from the aficionado to the teetotal, with the same level of understanding and care. Your knowledge should never be used to demean or embarrass, but rather to assist and educate. That's the bar we want to drink at, that's the bar we want to work at.
