We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience through your knowledge of mixology and excellent customer service skills. ```Responsibilities:```

- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices

- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on guest preferences

- Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance guest experience

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

```Skills:```

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere

- Strong knowledge of mixology, including the ability to create unique and innovative cocktails

- Familiarity with POS point-of-sale systems

- Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change

- Understanding of retail math for inventory management purposes

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a bartending role

- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
