Position
The Bartender is responsible for making, mixing and pouring alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A Bartender provides friendly, cheerful, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests. Functionally reports to the Restaurant Manager and instructs the Barback.

What You'll Do
ENSURE A HIGH-QUALITY OPERATION
•Prepares drinks, serves wine, bottle beer and draft beer.
•Follow all company cash handling procedures
•Interact with guests, takes orders and serve drinks.
•Maintains a clean, organized and sanitary bar that meets both company as well as Department of Health standards
•Complies with all Liquor Authority standards
•Stores, labels and dates all fruit and perishable items according to policy
•Prepares items on production sheets for the barbacks to pull and stock
•Completes all waste logs as required
•Performs other duties as required or assigned
Requirements:Qualifications
•Basic Knowledge of Beer and Wine
•Excellent Communication Skills
•High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Job Requirements
•Availability to work a flexible schedule often including nights, weekends and holidays
•Ability to remain stationary for periods up to 8 hours in length
•Ability to reach, bend, stoop and exert well-paced mobility
•Ability to use draft, wine keys, cash registers and POS Systems
