Job Description
The Bartender is responsible for making and serving drinks to guests, taking and processing bar guest food orders, completing service bar tickets, and keeping the bar area fully stocked, clean, and organized. It is crucial that the Bartender follow all established guidelines and procedures with regard to beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards. The ideal candidate will be genuinely happy to provide outstanding hospitality and service to all of our guests in a fun, upbeat, and professional manner, while also participating in team service with the rest of the Front of House Team. The Bartender also rings guest checks, collects cash, and processes credit charges in the exact manner as outlined by company policy. He/She maintains inventory control, initiates liquor requisitions, and ensures established pars are maintained. The Bartender is aware of and complies with state, federal, and corporate liquor laws through age verification and terminating alcohol consumption of seemingly intoxicated individuals.
