Barber shop manager - Backyard Barbers

Backyard Barbersis looking for an energetic, self-motivated, fun loving manager to help build the store to the next level. The manager is accountable for the effective operation of the business in the absence of the store owner. This includes developing the team and store to the next level. Must be a working manager that performs the services of the shop.

· Maintains an open door of communication with store owner, clients, suppliers and relevant community groups, building positive relationships.· Provides direction and serves as an example to other team members· Develops ,retains and hires Team Members; meets with Team Members regularly to review individual and Team goals; sets expectations, and provides constructive feedback for growth· Analyzes and interprets reports to create action plans for themselves and other Team Members· Monitors and coaches to help achieve store business goals and technical progress with team members.
