Bar Manager - Gecko Hospitality

We are seeking a Bar Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. 

Iconic DC restaurant and bar seeks a bar manager to oversee bar operations.

This is a role  working bar shifts, admin/supervisory functions and some FOH/Bar manager shifts.

Salary $70K!

Hands-on, dynamic, energetic and charismatic bar manager!

Ideal Bar Manager will have similar experience with a vibrant, chef driven restaurant with robust bar business'.

This is not a night club.

Upscale casual restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all bar activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and drink preparation
• Train and manage bar personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service /bar management other related fields 
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
