Location Description:Deloitte Hotel & Conference Center
- High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public.
- Currently 800 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. Expanding to 1400 rooms in October 2025!
- Three restaurants including a Starbucks.
- 105,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms.
- Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields.

Overview:The Banquet Sous Chef position will assist the Banquet Executive Chef in the day to day operations of the Banquet kitchen, employee cafeteria and Social Venue Restaurant and Bar. We are a private corporate hotel and conference center which focuses on professionals that come to visit. We do not host weddings, holiday parties, proms, or other local / social events (no Easter Brunches!). We are closed most holidays like Christmas, New Year's Eve/Day, and Thanksgiving Day. Imagine spending time with your family on these holidays!
Responsibilities
Assist with overseeing the banquet kitchen.
Oversee culinary team to ensure production stays on track for our restaurant.
Assist with recruiting, hiring, coaching, counseling and performance evaluations of culinary team.
Monitor production and quality levels of all food products.
Train, develop and maintain employee skills and relations.
Qualifications
Strong Culinary experience.
Hotel experience desirable.
Supervisor experience required.
Good computer skills required.
