POSITION SUMMARY:
Supports the smooth execution of events by handling various tasks related to the set up and breakdown of banquet events.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Read banquet event orders and set the room according to guest specifications including cleaning of rooms and setting up equipment and break stations.
· Act as food runner and bus as needed.
· Handles equipment with care, maintains a clean storage area, and ensure all equipment is in good repair.
· Assist guests in any function or meeting room requirement.
· Assist banquet servers as necessary.
· Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications:REQUIREMENTS:
· Able to carry and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
· Physical stamina.
· Attention to detail.
