In this role, you will be responsible for handling the equipment set-up, breakdown, and storage for all banquet activities. Control the inventory, storage, and maintenance of all equipment. Assist chefs and managers with the execution of banquet events and maintain company vehicles that pertain to banquet events.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Prior food and beverage, country club, and banquet experience are required. Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of proper storage of chemicals and equipment maintenance required.
Must have a valid Driver's License.

JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) meetings.
- Keep up with all Catering function sheets on a daily basis and monitors any changes.
- Attend Chef meetings as necessary.
- Review all pull sheets weekly to identify equipment challenges and assist others when not scheduled.
- During functions, pulls, delivers, sets up, breaks down, cleans, and returns all equipment to its proper storage area.
- During functions, assists chefs and managers with the execution of any and all assignments.
- Ensure all equipment is organized, well maintained, and stored in the proper areas assigned to each item.
- Responsible for the inventory control of all equipment as specified by the Executive Steward and assisting the appropriate manager with adjusting pars accordingly.
- Maintain, fuel, and control the appearance and cleanliness of all vehicles that are specified for Banquet use.
- Team player who assists with the immediate needs of the department including stewarding, banquets, in-house health inspections, and daily cleanliness inspections of service areas.
- Assist the Executive Steward with any in-house health inspections.
- Other duties as assigned by Executive Steward.
