Job Title: Banquet Server
Location: Wailea, Hawaii
Pay Rate: $40/hour (No tips)

Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and professional Banquet Servers to join our team in Wailea. This role requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail, ensuring each guest experiences exceptional service during events.

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Follow event-specific service instructions and guidelines.
• Clear tables and ensure the banquet area remains clean and organized.
• Assist with event tear-down and clean-up.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements:

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from Wailea.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
