Responsibilities:
- Extend a gracious and welcoming reception to members and guests upon their arrival, ensuring a personalized and memorable dining experience from start to finish.
- Accurately record and relay food and beverage orders, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of members' preferences and dietary requirements.
- Execute the timely and efficient service of food and beverages, meticulously adhering to our exacting presentation and quality standards.
- Demonstrate anticipatory service by proactively addressing members' needs and promptly attending to any requests or concerns that may arise during their visit.
- Foster seamless collaboration with our kitchen and bar staff to facilitate the smooth coordination of orders and ensure the uninterrupted flow of service.
- Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization within all dining areas, including tables, seating arrangements, and service stations.
- Execute payment transactions with precision and discretion, handling credit cards, and member accounts in accordance with established protocols.
- Offer your assistance and support during special events, private functions, and banquet services, as necessitated by the demands of the club.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server within a distinguished fine dining establishment, private club, or similar upscale dining environment is highly preferred.
- Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages, applicable state card or certificate must be provided if required by state law
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service protocols, including mastery of wine service and fine dining etiquette.
- Exemplify exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering meaningful connections with members and guests through your courteous and refined demeanor.
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive within a fast-paced and demanding hospitality environment.
- Display a collaborative spirit and a commitment to teamwork, demonstrating a willingness to exceed expectations and contribute to the collective success of our team.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, demonstrating availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the operational needs of our private club.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification, with additional training or certifications within the hospitality field considered a valuable asset.
