Banquet Server - Pacific Palms Resort

About the Job
To ensure that all food and beverage service for functions in the banquet department of the Resort are served on time.Banquets is one of our most valuable and important departments dealing with many customers through the year.
Responsibilities
- Perform all Banquet side work as designated by the Banquet Captain. Efficiently and properly perform all service standards. Attend to all needs of the guests during functions and function related duties. Report to Banquet Manager any need for housekeeping and/or repairs of and banquet equipment. Follow all liquor liability laws. Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws. Must attend all designated pre-meal meetings. Exceed guest expectations Maintain tables during service All Bar & Bar Set Ups are to be set and ready 15 minutes prior to noted event start time Keep count of guest served
Qualifications
- Perform at a high service level at all times Work with other Banquet Servers & Captains productively ensuring guest quality & service at all times Assist in Room set up and breakdown as requested Maintain team mentality to ensure that all service standards are met at all times Any and all reasonable requests of management. Must have RBS Alcohol Certification and ServSafe California Food Handler Certification.
