POSITION PURPOSE:

Set up of Banquet Room according to BEO's diagram.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Set up banquet room as instructed by Banquet Captain to include linen, service ware, and glassware.
Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations.
Practice Teamwork" and "Clean as you go" policies.

Once the banquet is complete reset the banquet room according to Captain's specifications to ensure the readiness of the room for the following function as well as cleanliness and sanitation of the banquet areas.

Requirements:

Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift including walking, bending, lifting, and twisting.
Must have a courteous and friendly demeanor and willingness to help our guests.
