Education, Specialized Knowledge, and Experience:
In order to narrow down our search and applicant pool, we are requiring that ALL candidates meet the following necessary qualifications in order to apply:
1+ year in a banquet or Front of House leadership role
Experience in high volume catering is preferred
Must be a highly organized.

Must have impeccable integrity for the business, the community and the Proof of the Pudding team.
Work Environment
This position will consist of event attendance, preparation, set up, and breakdown. This position will work mostly out of and mainly stay within the Gas South District Convention Center but may travel to other venues within the Gas South Region.
Uniform Requirements

Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of standing, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue
Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items
Ability to perform physical tasks; such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 30 lbs.

Position Salary & Benefits:
This is considered a part-time hourly position with a starting range of $18-$22/hour.
Schedules may be flexible as business demands.
