Responsible for daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up locations of our main branch. Responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service, for developing and maintaining client relationships and providing immediate acknowledgement and response to inquiries in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full Time/Non-Exempt
Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:15am-5:15pm; Fri: 8:45am-5:45pm, Occasional Overtime
Duties Include:
- Process of daily teller transactions using our current teller platform. Transactions include processing deposits and payments, check cashing, cash advances, cashier’s checks and money orders.
- Stay current on products and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues and requests.
- US Savings Bond redemptions.
- Process Night Deposit and Bank-by-Mail transactions.
- Safe Deposit Box customer entry.
- Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School GED or equivalent
- Cash handling, balancing and calculating skills
- Ability to complete multiple and varying customer requests in a timely fashion
- Ability to communicate effectively in-person, via phone and email.
- Microsoft Office/Computer Knowledge required
