$21.00/Hour
7:00AM-3:30PM Tuesday through Saturday
Responsibilities:
. Learn multiple bakery production tasks, including machine operation, in a baking facility.
. Ensure consistent production of high-quality bakery products while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
. Demonstrate commitment to product quality and excellent customer service through adherence to good manufacturing practices.
. Perform various entry-level tasks, such as loading and unloading pans from the production line, oven, or proof box, and dumping waste buckets.
. Assist with other production or packaging tasks as assigned by supervisor.
. Fill in for absent positions as needed.
. Take necessary actions to maintain food safety and quality standards, including reporting and addressing any issues promptly.
. Enforce procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan, and other relevant programs.
. Perform additional duties as assigned.
. Must be available to work any assigned shift, including holidays, weekends, and rotating schedules.
. High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes on the production line.
. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or stooping for the duration of the shift.
