BakerFull Time
Four Seasons Jackson Hole is look for a Baker to join our creative team. The Baker ensures that all food items are prepared to exacting standards. We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service!
Responsibilities- Prepare bread items according to production schedules and banquet event orders that meet quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
- Ensure food quality, food taste, food presentation and food requisition
- Communicate with the Pastry Chef, Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef regarding menu items, problem situations or shortages.
- Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
- Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests.
- Have a good knowledge of Bakery items to carry out the duties and responsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner.
- At least 1 year of Baking experience
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- This position requires the ability to lift up to 50lb.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
