We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bread Baker to join our team for the overnight shift. As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads and pastries to ensure our customers receive the freshest and most delicious products.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries
2. Ensure quality and consistency in all baked goods
3. Follow recipes and menu planning guidelines
4. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery
5. Assist with ordering and stocking bakery supplies

Job Requirements:

• Experience in baking preparation
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• ServSafe Certified is a plus
